With an ever growing number of people worldwide working from home, many are suffering from a severe vitamin D deficiency.
Add to this, the fact that many are sitting in front of computer and/or phone screens at minimum eight hours a day, it's no wonder the health in the world has declined in the recent decade.

We receive our vitamin D from food and sunlight yet again, the sunshine is lacking indoors. Those who's skin is darker have a higher need to get their daily dose as it is much more challenging to get adequate sunlight.

Fatigue, bone pain, joint pain, muscle pain, foul mood, frequent illnesses and general anxiety are all signs of low levels of vitamin D. In order to combat the indoors lifestyle many of us have adopted, we must supplement this one to stave off these above listed conditions. tiredness. All the while, becoming intentional with heading outdoors for at least 20 minutes of good old fashioned sunshine!

Young Living has created such a supplement, called Super Vitamin D, so that we can bring up those levels, especially during the dark Winter months. As for a positive outlook, we have our Hope essential oil blend. Hope is a beautiful blend that Gary created after having a dream about an angel. Gary had been carrying a heavy heart after having a conversation with a woman who was in such sadness and despair. She felt she had tried everything and to no avail, the feelings of heaviness remained. In his dream, the angel told Gary of a combination of floral extracts that he should put together for the woman.

When Gary recalled the dream the next morning, he immediately went to work crafting the blend from his dream. He presented it to the woman and after a few days of use, she reported that she finally felt happy and had a sense of feeling restored.

If you are in a season where you may have lost hope, use this beautiful oil with more intention than ever. Let it restore hope in a way that you have yet to experience.
