Is your pineal gland suffering the weight of calcium and plaque?


Your pineal gland, though tiny, is part of the endocrine system in your brain, and it plays an important role in regulating almost every function in your body, including reproduction, executive function, growth, body temperature, blood pressure, sensory and motor activity, sleep, mood, immune function, appetite, and longevity. The pineal glad accomplished this all by releasing incredibly important hormone called melatonin. Melatonin also influences the secretion of neurotransmitters, endorphins, and hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and DHEA. Melatonin is associated with bone metabolism, weight loss, and cardiovascular health. It also acts as a powerful antioxidant by scavenging free radicals, immunomodulators, and anticancer agents.

In addition to regulating physical and mental functions, the pineal gland is associated with perception, thought, morality, & intuition.

Unlike the rest of your brain, your pineal gland is not separated from the rest of the body by the blood-brain barrier. It actually has one of the richest supplies of blood, so it is not protected from toxins that can build up in the body over time. Therefore, your pineal gland has the potential to clog, or calcify. Fluoridated water is one of the main causes of pineal gland calcification. When your pineal gland calcifies, there is a potential risk for an innumerable amount if conditions including neurological diseases such as;

  • autism

  • depression

  • dementia

  • anxiety

  • Parkinson’s disease.

The common thread is that all of these dis-eases are associated with abnormal sleep patterns, which are directly linked to pineal gland dysfunction. Well now, perhaps we ought to give more careful attention to this seemingly tiny gland?

In case you're curious that you or someone else may require a little decalcifying, let's have a look at some signs-

  1. Impaired circadian rhythms. Sleeping too much or too little, feeling active and restless in the middle of the night, feeling sleepy at unusual times, or not remembering dreams may all be signs of pineal gland dysfunction due to calcification.

  2. Headaches. If you suffer from headaches, including nocturnal headaches and migraines, it may be coming from your pineal gland.

  3. Difficulty with sense of direction. The pineal gland, and specifically melatonin, plays a role in spatial navigation. People with impaired pineal glands can suffer from a decline in their sense of direction.

  4. Changes in fertility. Circadian rhythms and fertility are interconnected. The pineal gland plays a vital role in regulating female hormones and the menstrual cycle.

  5. Osteoporosis. While postmenopausal osteoporosis accounts for 90 percent of all cases and is primarily associated with estrogen deficiency, there is evidence that a substantial decline in melatonin and an increased rate of pineal calcification may contribute to the dis-ease.

  6. Depression. Studies show that people who suffer from depression, including major depressive disorder (MDD), have been found to have circadian rhythm dysfunction and sleep disturbance caused by pineal gland abnormalities.

  7. Anxiety. Again, if the rhythm is off, the mood will shift dramatically.

  8. Neurological disorders. As mentioned, calcification of the pineal gland may play a role in neurological diseases including dementia, Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, and Parkinson’s disease.

WHAT TO DO?

First and foremost, I reach for my essential oils.

Essential oils are so profound in addressing pineal health. Those high in sesquiterpenes are able to clear off all the calcium & plaque build up that has resulted from to many toxins, vaccines, certain types of fish, poor diet in general, and the biggest one- fluoride. The oils begin to clear it off allowing the pineal gland to breathe.


THREE WAYS

Add a drop either under your tongue (sublingual), or to the roof of the mouth, or to the palms of your hands and inhaling for a few minutes several times a day.

Doing this one step for several weeks you will dramatically notice a shift in your conditions.


MORE DECALCIFYING TIPS

Detoxifying your pineal gland is not difficult. Once you are fully using your essential oils, the cleaners of the gland, you'll want to begin with a few additional steps.

Here are some of the ways you can detox your pineal gland and improve your health:

  1. Avoid fluoride. Tap water and toothpaste are the two most common sources of fluoride exposure. Drink pure water to stay hydrated. Of course Thieves toothpaste is the best choice.

  2. Clean up your diet. Eat lots of organic fruits and vegetables and lean protein. You may also want to limit shellfish and tuna if you eat a lot of it, due to the mercury content. If you do eat a lot of fish, add cilantro essential oil to your diet. This helps to remove mercury. Be sure to limit alcohol or stop drinking altogether.

  3. Eat foods high in chlorophyl. Dark, leafy greens are a great source of chlorophyl. Wheatgrass, blue green algae, and chlorella are also great for detoxifying the pineal gland and especially help to rid the body of fluoride. If you are not a fan of these our Mulitgreens is a fantastic supplement.

  4. Reward yourself with chocolate. Raw cacao is said to stimulate and detoxify the pineal gland.

  5. Enjoy turmeric. Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, has neuroprotective benefits, and studies show that it can mitigate the effect of fluoride-induced neurotoxicity. Also, we have several supplements which contain this- Master Formula and AgilEase come to mind.

  6. Reduce exposure to EMFs. While technically not a cause of calcification, EMFs have been shown to negatively affect the pineal gland by hindering its production of melatonin. Common sources are Wi-Fi routers, cell phones, microwaves, smart meters, and TV and computer screens.

  7. Lastly, increase your intake of Apple Cider Vinegar. Have you ever researched the benefits of this one? Goodness!
